After exploring the cultural and scenic beauty of Leh, the journey continues through Tanglang La, More Plains, and dramatic mountain passes like Lachung La and Nakee La, finally circling back to Manali via Sarchu and Jispa.

DAY 1
Day 1: Manali to Jispa

  • Early morning departure from Manali

  • Drive through Atal Tunnel, Sissu, Keylong, and Darcha

  • Reach Jispa, a serene village on the banks of the Bhaga River

  • Acclimatization walk along the riverside or visit local monastery
    Overnight Stay: Hotel/Camp in Jispa
    Distance: ~135 KM | 5–6 hours

DAY 2
Day 2: Jispa to Padum (via Shinku La Pass & Gonbo Rangjon)

  • Depart early from Jispa

  • Cross the mighty Shinku La Pass (16,580 ft)

  • Stop at Gonbo Rangjon, a sacred mountain worshipped by locals

  • Continue on rugged routes into the heart of Zanskar Valley

  • Reach Padum, the capital of Zanskar

    Distance: ~220 KM | 8–9 hours

DAY 3
Day 3: Padum to Kargil

DAY 5
Day 5: Leh to Sarchu

  • Descend into the vast plateau of Sarchu – the border between Ladakh & Himachal

DAY 6
Day 6: Sarchu to Manali (Trip Ends)
